Now in its third year, the ManpowerGroup Global Talent Barometer examines worldwide employee sentiment across three indices – Well-Being, Job Satisfaction, and Confidence – comprised of twelve benchmarks to reveal what workers value most in a rapidly changing world of work.
With an overall score of 67% in 2026, down from the previous year, this softening in employee perspectives is primarily driven by a decline in the Confidence Index due to fears of AI replacement.
