Ger Doyle is the Regional President, North America for ManpowerGroup, responsible for leading the company’s strategic direction and performance across the region. He was appointed to this role in May 2025, after serving as U.S. Country Manager since January 2025. In this capacity, he oversees operations for Experis, Manpower, Talent Solutions, and Jefferson Wells across North America.
Ger joined ManpowerGroup in October 2020 to lead North America IT, with additional accountability for digital and business innovation. His role expanded in April 2021 to include leadership of Experis U.S., where he helped elevate the company from a Top 10 to a Top 5 industry leader. Under his guidance, Experis achieved significant growth, driven by strong leadership, operational excellence, and the acquisition of ettain group in 2021.
Before joining ManpowerGroup, Ger held leadership positions in both Australia and the U.S., bringing a wealth of industry expertise to his role.
Ger earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronic Engineering, specializing in Automation and Telecommunications, from the University of Limerick in Ireland and has completed several executive leadership programs.
Ger and his wife, Siobhan, have three daughters—Marie, Ava, and Lily—and a dog named Benji. An avid sports enthusiast, Ger enjoys soccer, NFL, golf, and rugby.
Ger is based out of Jacksonville, Florida and frequently spends time at ManpowerGroup’s Headquarters in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
