Becky Frankiewicz is President and Chief Strategy Officer of ManpowerGroup, the global leader in workforce solutions. In this role, she shapes the company's long-term strategy and drives innovation, including the enterprise-wide integration of AI, to ensure ManpowerGroup's iconic brands—Manpower, Experis, and Talent Solutions—remain future-ready.

Becky joined ManpowerGroup in July 2017 as President of ManpowerGroup North America, bringing deep P&L expertise from leading large, complex global businesses. She was later elevated to her current role leading global strategy, following her tenure as President of North America.
Prior to ManpowerGroup, Becky led Quaker Foods North America, one of PepsiCo's largest subsidiaries. She was responsible for the $2.6 billion business, with oversight of all functions, sales, and manufacturing. Under her leadership, Quaker Foods delivered strong growth as she transformed the brand to better meet evolving consumer demands. Fast Company named her one of the most creative people in the industry for her ability to anticipate and adapt to rapid change.
Earlier in her career, Becky held senior leadership roles at PepsiCo across multiple brands and geographies, spanning innovation, finance, strategy, sales, and marketing. She began her career in strategic consulting with Deloitte and Andersen Consulting and started her professional journey at Procter & Gamble.
Additionally, Becky serves on the Board of Directors of Energizer Holdings, Inc., a position she has held since January 2020.
She holds an MBA in Finance and a BA in Marketing from the University of Texas and has completed executive education programs at Harvard Business School and IMD Business School in Switzerland.
Becky lives in Milwaukee with her three daughters, Parker, Payton, and Piper.
